The National Park Service, Southwest Alaska Network (SWAN), intends to award a purchase order to James L. Bodkin for continued Marine Nearshore Monitoring in support of the Gulf Watch Alaska (GWA) and SWAN long-term monitoring programs at Katmai National Park & Preserve.

This acquisition is noncompetitive because market research identified only one responsible source with the required long-term experience, site-specific expertise, and continuity with established monitoring protocols necessary to perform the work.

This notice is issued in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 5 publicizing requirements. This is not a solicitation.
