Due to technical problems related to the email system, USAID is hereby issuing amendment # 02 to RFQ # 263-07-008 to extend the closing date for receipt of the proposals to Friday 5 January, 2007 at 17:30 hours, Cairo Local Time. Offers received before the issuance of this amendment will be accepted and offerors who wish to re-submit new proposals will have the right to do so.
