The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with Computational Hydraulics and Transport, LLC for Technical Support to Update the Hydrodynamic Salinity Model for the Delaware River Basin Comprehensive Interim Feasibility Study for the Delaware River Watershed Flood Management Plan. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. Requests for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within 15 days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining interest in future competitive procurements for these services. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The NAICS code is 541990 with a size standard of $14 million.
