Full Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Franchise Fund Simplified Acquisitions Office, intends to negotiate a Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside award (VA-200-12-RQ-0137) for an Electrical Power Study (short-circuit, protective device coordination and Arc Flash Analysis Studies) of the VA Austin Information Technology Center (AITC) electrical systems. The VA AITC is located in Austin, TX. Vendor community shall be limited to those SDVOSB vendors currently verified by the VA Center for Veterans Enterprise and registered with VA's VetBiz database. This set-aside is established in with FAR 6.206 (Set-asides for Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business concerns). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement and by submitting a proposal no later than August 13, 2012, at 1500 Central time.
