NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received online via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 10:00 A.M. May 23, 2024. After bid opening a Public Notice will be issued via PennBid containing any available bid results for the following: Contract R007-25 Furnish Fusible C900 Pipe and Restrained Joint C900 Pipe Copies of bidding forms, specifications and other contract documents will be available at no cost on the PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) website. Bidders shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the “Vendor Discussions” tab in Messages on PennBid. Vendors who are awarded contracts are assessed a variable award fee based on the type of contract. Term Contracts Award fee is 1/6% (.00166) of the expected value of the contract for the time period of the awarded contract. The award fee shall be no less than $100 and no greater than $5,000. Prices quoted shall be firm for the period of JULY 1, 2024 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2024.
