Copies of the Specifications/Bid Forms are available at no cost on PennBid (https://pennbid.net/). Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Upper Macungie Township in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of PennDOT Pub. 408. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in an amount equal to the Contract Price and meeting PennDOT Pub. 408 Section 103.04 requirements.
