NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received online via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 10:30 A.M. November 20, 2025. After bid opening a Public Notice will be issued via PennBid containing any available bid results for the following: Contract R034-26 Furnish Fusible C900 Pipe and Restrained Joint C900 Pipe All pipe shall meet BABA (Build American, Buy America) Act requirements. Copies of bidding forms, specifications and other contract documents will be available at no cost on the PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) website. Bidders shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the “Vendor Discussions” tab in Messages on PennBid. Vendors who are awarded contracts are assessed a variable award fee based on the type of contract. Term Contracts Award fee is 1/6% (.00166) of the expected value of the contract for the time period of the awarded contract. The award fee shall be no less than $100 and no greater than $5,000. Prices quoted shall be firm for the period of JANUARY 1, 2026 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2026.
