R2M Software License Upgrade and Support

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: F3QCBX3225A001 This requirement is sole sourced to: Relativity, Inc. 700 Southwest Dr Jonesboro, AR 72401-3424 Requirement: R2M Software License Upgrade and Support Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Relativity, Inc. is the original supplier of the software and is the only known source that can satisfy the Government's requirement. This is proprietary, vendor owned software and the Government owns licenses to use the software. NAICs Code: 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services Description of Support: 1. Phone support five days a week, Monday thru Friday, 0800 to 1800 EST with response within 8 clock hours of contact. 2. Routine and minor software upgrades/fixes as required for continued operation. Contract Period: Date of Award through Twelve Months with Options to Extend for Two (2) Additional One-Year Periods.
