R425--IDIQ - Project Facilitator Services for Energy Performance Contracts

The contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation for Project Facilitator Services to support Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) and Utility Energy Service Contracts (UESCs) under the Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically through the Program Contracting Activity Central in Independence, Ohio.
