**The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Mt. Pleasant / Sunrise Engineering.** **All interestedbidders will create a courtesy login on the Sunrise Engineering Planroom website that will be used to accessall bidding material and any future updates. All future bidding updates, amendments, attendance logs,minutes, notices, bid tabulations, notices of award, date changes, ect… will only be posted to https://planroom.sunrise-eng.com.**

**Submission: Separate sealed bids will be received by MT. PLEASANT at the Mt. Pleasant City Hall located at 115 W Main St, Mt Pleasant, UT 84647. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 AM on August 20th, 2026.**
**No Pre-bid Conference.**
