RACMAC - Limited Munitions Surface Clearance, Nomans Land Island, Chilmark, MA

The contract seeks a qualified contractor to perform limited munitions explosive clearance operations on Nomans Land Island, Chilmark, Massachusetts, under the RACMAC umbrella as a proposed task order with solicitation number N4008526R0156. The scope encompasses eight integrated work elements including project management, mobilization, fieldwork for surface clearance of munitions and explosive debris, transportation and disposal, site restoration, demobilization, and delivery of post-construction documentation. Key deliverables include the Explosive Safety Submission per NOSSAINST 8020.15E, the Quality Assurance Project Plan, Monthly Progress Reports, Daily Email Updates during field operations, and detailed project schedules that account for regulatory approvals.
