The project will reconfigure the existing roadway from four travel lanes to a three‑lane section with one travel lane in each direction, a two‑way left‑turn lane, and strategically located curbside parking. The work shall be diligently prosecuted to completion before the expiration of 40 Working Days.
All Items to be submitted electronically. There is nothing to bring to City Hall by the deadline. Bid Opening is done 100% electronically. Contract will go to City Council for Award on July 8, 2026. Submittals due within 7 working days of contract approval.
Please note, the proposed paving limits are shown in Part 5 of the Appendices and labeled as "Priority Roadway Work Assignments".
