The US Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to make a sole source award to RU2 Systems Inc. RU2 Systems Radar Speed Display Trailers, are retrofitted as mobile LPR platforms. These platforms are in high demand by DEA division offices across the country, and will be utilized on a continuous basis for constant and targeted LPR acquisition efforts in rural and difficult to cover areas where LPR fixed or other mobile applications are not effective or available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations documents are available. Any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representative for consideration for future requirements. Information must be sent to the Contract Specialist, via e-mail to contact@example.gov, no later than 10:00 am, Eastern Time, August 22, 2018. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the US Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will proceed with the sole source award with RU2 Solar Inc. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED.
