This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ANNOUCMENT ONLY It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for quote (RFQ) or request for proposal (RFP) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to collect information on interest and capabilities within the market. The results of this notice will help identify a procurement strategy, including a small business set-aside, if appropriate. This notice does not restrict the Government to an acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this sources sought notice is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested or compensate any Contractor for any cost incurred in providing information to the Government.
Contractor will provide Radiopharmaceuticals to the Nuclear Medicine Services, Department of Radiology, Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, North Carolina 28310. Contractors must to be licensed by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), as well as be licensed to manufacture and distribute radiopharmaceuticals supplies and services in the state of North Carolina.
The NAICS code is 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, with a 1,300 employees size standard. The PSC is 6505 Drugs and Biologicals.

Summary of Work
Contractor will provide Radiopharmaceuticals to the Nuclear Medicine Services, Department of Radiology, Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, North Carolina 28310. All products will be ordered on an as-needed basis. All doses used for injections shall be delivered in plastic syringes. Doses shall be individually shielded within a suitable container for transportation in accordance with all applicable Department of Transportation laws and regulations.
Specific Delivery Definitions and Instructions.
Normal Duty Delivery – Normal Duty Deliveries are 6:30 AM and 1:00 PM (Monday through Friday) and 7:30 AM (Saturday, Sunday and holidays).
Additional Normal Duty Delivery – Deliveries made during normal duty hours that are in addition to the normal duty deliveries.
Emergency Delivery – Deliveries made outside of normal duty hours (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday) and 7:30 AM Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Response time shall be no more than two hours after placing the order. The Government will pay for all items ordered on an emergency basis, including those not used.
Stat Delivery – Stat deliveries can be called in at any time and must have an immediate response time of no more than 30 minutes after placing the order.
Tc Ceretec (HMPAO – Brains): A ceretec vial and a fresh eluate of Pertechnetate will be included with each dose ordered.
111 Indium Labeled Leukocytes: Contractor shall pick up prearranged patient’s blood sample no later than 8:00 AM on the day scheduled (Monday through Friday). Contractor shall pick up blood, label the leukocytes, and return the Indium labeled white cells no later than 2:00 PM of the same day.
99m Tc Pertechnetate: Two deliveries per day will be made during normal duty hours. One vial will be delivered no later than 6:30 AM and the other will be delivered no later than 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. As Needed - On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; one vial shall be delivered no later than 7:30 AM. These deliveries shall be considered normal delivery, not emergency delivery nor Stat delivery. All vials shall be calibrated for time of delivery. Contractor will receive, assay, and deliver, Y-90 therapy dose to Womack when requested.
WAMC will notify Contractor at least one hour prior to delivery of products that are needed.
