Amendment 1 – Questions and Answers
The purpose of this amendment is to:
Provide questions and answers for this solicitation.
a) Can the rails be replaced if the proposed system will not work with the existing rails?
- The current system installed is an InVeris Gen1 target retrieval system. The intent is to upgrade this system to an InVeris Gen5 target retrieval system or a similar system that offers the same capabilities. Companies offering similar systems must replace all components necessary for their system to be fully functional when work is complete. This includes rails or other system hardware necessary for the replacement target retrieval system to be functional for all 21 firing lanes. All components that are being replaced or modified must be included in the contractor’s quote and final price.
