Ranger Dwelling Renovations

The USDA Forest Service, Minnesota Shared Services Contracting Unit, Superior National Forest anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal for a Firm Fixed Price type contract. It is the intent of this contract to purchase residential renovation for a residence located at the Laurentian Ranger District in Aurora, MN. Renovation will include demolition, roofing, dormer reconstruction, wood flooring refinishing and painting. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-Furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary for this construction project. NAICS: 236118, the size standard is $36.5Million. This project is being solicited as a 100% set aside for Small Business. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and regulations and is subject to Davis Bacon Act wage rates. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Forest Service.
