Solicitation # F2E2RP6125A001
Holloman Air Force Base plans to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to TugFIXX LLP for TowFLEXX Electric Tower Repair Services under the authority of RFO 6.103-1, citing that no other source can meet the agency’s requirements. The contract is designated as a total small business set-aside, and TugFIXX LLP is the only entity authorized by the original equipment manufacturer to perform this work due to its exclusive access to proprietary parts, certified technical manuals, and specialized data essential for safe and compliant repairs.
