This is to provide notification of the subject solicitation. This solicitation is a limited re-tender and is only open to the invited bidders.
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number EW699-220778/B dated September 23, 2021 with a closing of November 16, 2021 at 14:00 MST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.
This procurement is subject to the Tlicho Land Claims and Self-Government Agreement.
The Rayrock Remediation Project involves the environmental remediation of historical mining and exploration sites including the former Rayrock Mine, the Sun Rose Claim Group, two exploration sites at the Horn Plateau, a former powerline connecting Rayrock Mine to a hydroelectric power station on Big Spruce Lake, an historical barge landing on the northeastern shore of Marian Lake, and two satellite exploration sites. All Rayrock Remediation Project sites are within the boundaries of the Tlicho Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement. Rayrock and Sun Rose are on Federal (Crown) lands within defined exclusion zones, while all other sites are on Tlicho Lands.
This PSPC office provides procurement services to the public in English.
