The Tarrant Regional Water District (Owner) is requesting Proposals for the construction of the following Project: RC1-CC1 Electrical Building and Equipment Addition 26-093 The primary purpose of this project is to improve the safety and reliability of the existing pump stations, Richland Chambers Lake Pump Station (RC1) and Cedar Creek Lake Pump Station (CC1), by replacing the medium-voltage (MV) electrical equipment in the new electrical buildings. The Owner's Budget for the Project is $124,000,000. The Project is to be Substantially Complete and ready for operation on or before June 30, 2030. The project team feels that the work at RC1 can be completed earlier than the work at CC1. The Offerer is encouraged to develop a project schedule that prioritizes completing RC1 early. The Project is to be complete and eligible for Final Payment 60 days after the date for Substantial Completion.
