Solicitation # FA8770-26-R-B009-SS2
The United States Air Force is conducting market research via Request for Information FA8770-26-R-B009-SS2 to identify industry capabilities for the integration, sustainment, and license management of its Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (AF-PLM) solution. The government seeks technical approaches for managing Siemens Teamcenter commercial licenses and providing sustainment services that meet strict performance metrics, including a 2-hour response and 4-hour critical incident resolution standard. Compliance with rigorous cybersecurity standards is mandatory, including DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01, NIST SP 800-171, and DFARS 252.204-7012 for the protection of controlled unclassified information. This RFI is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation or a promise of future procurement. Interested parties must submit responses not exceeding 20 pages by the specified deadline, detailing their technical capabilities, past performance, and estimated costs.
