This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination. Repairs/Inspections/testing will be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution, 501 Gary Hill Road, Edgefield, South Carolina 29824. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible quoter whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered equally. All responsible small business concerns are encouraged to submit a quotation which may be considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about NOVEMBER 13, 2018 and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov.
