The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) requires the large-scale test fixturing in support of structural fatigue testing. The fixturing is roughly broken into two categories: “floor plates” and “reaction frames” and referred to herein by those names or as “test fixtures” where referring to all required components. There are two potential designs for the reaction frames, only one design will be manufactured.
