Pre-solicitation Notice
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to a limited number of suppliers identified through targeted market research. The RFQ will not be publicly posted on SAM.gov. Instead, the Contracting Officer will solicit quotations directly from selected vendors in accordance with FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) and the agency’s market research findings.
Requirement Overview
The forthcoming RFQ will seek quotations with the intention of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 17), Corpus Christi Vet Center entering into an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Contractors to provide individual, group, and/or couple and family readjustment counseling therapy sessions in Victoria, Texas for Veterans deemed qualified and referred by the Vet Centers in Corpus Christi, Texas.
