Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, Contracted Mental Health Professional Services

The Colville Tribal Health Care Authority is soliciting qualified licensed mental health professionals to provide telehealth behavioral health services to patients residing on the Colville Reservation in Washington. Eligible providers must hold an active license as a Psychologist, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or another approved behavioral health license that permits the delivery of telehealth services to patients in Washington State. The selected contractor will operate as an independent practitioner and must adhere to HIPAA, 42 CFR confidentiality standards, and quality guidelines from AAAHC, Medicare, and Medicaid. The initial contract term is one year, with renewal options based on funding, organizational need, and performance. Proposals must be submitted by September 16, 2026, to Zach Feist and must include a cover letter, resume, statement of qualifications, a detailed service proposal, and three professional references. Evaluation is based on company experience, cost of services, past performance, and compliance certifications. Key requirements include passing background checks, maintaining professional and general liability insurance, and consenting to the jurisdiction of the Colville Tribal Court. Additionally, Indian Preference will be applied in accordance with the Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). The authority reserves the right to award contracts to one, multiple, or no providers.
