The Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation (WROTB) is soliciting proposals for a professional services contract for commercial real estate broker services. The selected firm or broker will be responsible for the valuation, marketing, and sale of commercial real property within WROTB's geographical footprint across New York State. Awardees are required to maintain significant insurance coverages, including $1,000,000 for Commercial General Liability and Professional Liability, and $2,000,000 for Umbrella/Excess Liability, with WROTB named as an additional insured. The contract is governed by New York State law and prohibits mandatory arbitration.
