Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish an open agency contract for one year with 4-1 year renewal options with a qualified supplier who will provide Qualifacts Carelogic Enterprise Edition Software to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. Georgia State University is soliciting bids for an open agency contract for one year with 4-1 year renewal options for Qualifacts Carelogic Enterprise Edition Software, the web-based Behavioral Health enterprise management application, hosted and maintained by vendor for the customer. The software consists of integrated Scheduling, Client Record, Clinical, Billing, User Management, and System Administration modules. Additional products will include, CA-A Looker is the Business Intelligence product that allows organizations to create custom visualizations and dashboards and embed them into the Carelogic Platform; CA-A Pentaho is the reporting product that allows organizations to create pixel perfect and formatted reports and embed them in Carelogic; embedding a document library, DSM 5 and supporting the implementation and transition of the platform via: i.The System Configuration ii.Project Management iii.Train the Trainer iv.Ad Hoc Report Builder Deployment v.Data Conversion and Validation vi.Go-Live Date Support Overview of the eRFQ Process The objective of the eRFQ is to select one or more qualified suppliers to provide the goods and/or services outlined in this eRFQ to the State Entity. This eRFQ process will be conducted to gather and evaluate responses from supplier for potential award. All qualified suppliers are invited to participate by submitting responses, as further defined below. After evaluating all suppliers¿ responses received prior to the closing date of this eRFQ and resolution of any contract exceptions, the preliminary results of the eRFQ process will be publicly announced, including the names of all participating
