Ohio Penal Industries (OPI) is seeking proposals for one (1) reconditioned industrial grade envelope production machine for a new shop operation that will be located at the Mansfield Correcctional Institution (ManCI) in Richland County, Ohio. Please refer to attached ITB document for requirements and specifications.
Offerors must review the attached RFQ documents, follow the instructions provided in the document, and submit all required documentation via OhioBuys. All bids and inquiries must be submitted through OhioBuys. The solicitation adheres to the dates provided in OhioBuys, shall any changes in the dates be necessary, such information will be posted in OhioBuys as well. Please review the questionnaire and attach requested documentation if possible.
