RECOVERY ARRA - On or about 6 July 2009, this office will issue a Request for Quotes for work to be performed to include the supply and delivery of twelve (12) positive pressure inert air Nitrogen gas pressurizing systems enclosed in protective cabinets. The Contractor will furnish all plant, labor, material and equipment necessary to deliver a system to maintain insulation oil quality in high voltage step-up transformers by protecting the oil from oxidation and moisture absorption. Detailed equipment description includes enclosure construction, protective surfaces, sealing and viewing ports, purging and pressurizing system requirements, cabinet dimension specifications. This includes testing, packaging, and shipping requirements in accordance with designated specifications. All units shall be supplied FOB to Hydropower OPS & Maintenance Section, Fort Peck, Montana.
