RECOVERY (ARRA) Pre-Solicitation Notice 4300 Goodfellow Blvd. St. Louis, MO GSA Project # IMO00096 (Work Order 01, Modification PS06) RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The proposed procurement is being made under the AE IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order for the primary geographic area of the State of Missouri. ***ONLY the contractor listed is permitted to submit proposals for this contract: Teng & Associates, Inc. 205 North Michigan, Suite 3600, Chicago, IL 60601***The Federal Service Code is C211. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 541310 (Architectural Services) and the size standard is $4.5 Million. The estimated range of this project will be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, funding has been released to improve work to be delivered under this task order including, but not limited to: providing field investigation surveying services of the elevations of existing plumbing laterals. This work was provided for in a previous modification, but was limited in location. This modification covers the remaining areas of the sewer areas. The AE will be required for project planning and execution to perform their contract duties regarding design and design related services. Management information will include construction document submittals, shop drawing reviews, CMc Requests for Information (RFI's) responses, and provide AS-built Record documents.
