THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to contractors under VISN 3 A/E IDIQ Contract VA-243-P-0234. This IDIQ contract has been previously competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6 Architect-Engineer Services. This task order will be issued for Design Services to provide AE services including all necessary preliminary surveys, field investigations, design, drawings, specifications, construction cost estimates, construction period services, and site visits during both design and construction for the boiler and chiller plant located at the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System Castle Point, NY campus.
