RECOVERY - A modification for $2,753,509.00 was issued to Development Infostructure Inc. (DEVIS) against Task Order No. IRM-E-01-06-00047 to Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) No. IRM-E-00-06-00047. The modification is for deployment and operational support of the Global Acquisition & Assistance System (GLAAS). Both the BPA and Task Order were competitively awarded under FAR Part 8.4. This task order was awarded as Time and Materials because the nature of the USAID mission and its dynamic and changing priorities, based on Global needs and changing Foreign Policy events, made it difficult to predict requirements with enough certainty to allow a Firm Fixed Price task order to be issued.
