RECOVERY - The requirement is for the design of rehabilitation improvements for the North Floodway North and South Levees from FM 1425 (County Line) to end of Levee located within the Lower Rio Grande Flood Control Project. The combined mileage of both north and south levees is approximately 52.8 miles. The contractor will be required to conduct all necessary geotechnical testing and analysis, prepare designs for raising the top of levee elevation and rehabilitating the levee based on geotechnical results, provide bidding services during the bid advertisement and review periods for the construction contracts, prepare project schedule, conduct site assessment visit, attend project and presentation meetings, prepare and submit monthly reports, prepare/submit minute meetings, and provide documents/documentation as required.
