It is the Contracting Squadron's intent to award a firm-fixed price task order to the above contractor. Davis-Bacon wages presently in effect for California, CA030031 (Modification 26) dated 7/14/2006 and Service Contract Act 94-2045 (Rev. 28) dated 5/23/2006 will prevail. These acquisitions are subject to the North American Industry Classification Code 237990 and the annual size standard is $31.0 million. FSPM961245BA - Repair Metering and Energy Management Control System, Test Pilot School Building 1220 THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS: Technology Advancements, the overall cost of utilites, and the enactment of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct 2005) have moved advanced meter implementation to a prominent position within the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Air Force energy management system. This project scope includes the implementation of an Advanced Metering System (AMS) in accordance with the Energy Policy Act of 2003 section 103 and the Department of Energy, Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) Guidance for Electric Metering in Federal buildings, dated 03 February 2006. The contractor shall supply all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental requirements necessary to accomplish the scope of work described herein.
