A SINGLE FIRM-FIXED PROCE CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED TO THE RESPONSIBLE OFFEROR BASED UPON PRICE AND OTHER EVALUATION FACTORS STATED IN THE SOLICITATION (IAW FAR PART 9, CONTRACT QUALIFICATIONS) DESCRIPTION: THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) PROJECT.
