The Department of Energy is initiating a new competitive solicitation for legal services to support its Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing (ATVM) Loan Program following the expiration of previous contracts. The selected contractor(s) will provide comprehensive legal counsel to the DOE Office of General Counsel, focusing on both programmatic elements and transaction-related activities under the ATVM Loan Program. Interested firms must register on the DOE’s online procurement platform, FedConnect, to access the solicitation documents, as no paper copies or email requests will be accepted.
