AWARD NOTICE - The General Services Administration, Great Lakes Region, utilizing funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, has awarded Solicitation GS-05P-09-FAP-9005 to Tishman Construction Corporation of D.C. under the GSA National Construction Managment Contract GS00P-04-CUD-CYD-0061 via Order No. GS-P-05-09-FA-5006 in the amount of $1,327,083.00 for all eighteen (18) line items under Base Contract Services. The awardee shall provide engineering, re-commissioning/retro-commissioning and commissioning expertise to conduct re-commissioning/retro-commissioning planning; identify energy conservation, water conservation and renewable energy projects; and, perform all testing, investigation, evaluation, analysis, calculations, recommendations, and report writing services for the specified Federal building projects throughout the Region. The solicitation included options for the provision of commissioning services during the design and construction stages of the specified projects. Tishman's Option prices for several locations were accepted, but were not awarded at this time.
