RECOVERY: THIS AWARD NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. On January 27, 2010 the General Services Administration exericised Options 1 and 2 for the inclusion of additional work under the scope of this project. The Modification (PS01) included the award of Line Items 0023, 0024, 0025, 0026, 0027, 0028. These line items include demolishing and completely renovating the existing Men's and Women's restrooms on the ninth floor (Option 1) and seventh & eighth floors (Option 2) with full ADA accessible fixtures. Renovations of restrooms will need to be phased so that working restrooms are available to occupants of the building during the duration of the renovation project. The performance of the options will be done in conjunction with the base work that was awarded on December 16, 2009. Therefore, the period of performance is 270 after Notice to Proceed has been issued. Award has been made to Pepper Construction of Ohio, LLC, 495 Metro Place South, Ste. 350, Dublin, OH 43017 in the amount of $139,167.50 (Option 1) and $245,582.50 (Option 2). Therefore, the project total award amount is $1,038,040.00.
