NASA Goddard Space Flight Center plans to issue a Task Order to ASRC Research and Technology Services, LLC under the existing Program Analysis and Control III contract, which is a Cost Plus Award Fee, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity agreement awarded competitively in 2008. This specific Task Order, funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, will focus on supporting the Thermal Infrared Sensor (TIRS) instrument, a key component in ensuring data continuity for the Landsat Data Continuity Mission. The support will encompass areas such as scheduling and planning, configuration management, and general business support, with an emphasis on maximizing productivity and efficiency within the TIRS team given its critical role in the mission schedule. The support services required cover the full lifecycle of the project from conceptual studies through design, development, fabrication, integration, launch preparations, and satellite servicing, to final data acquisition, processing, distribution, analysis, and archiving.
