Full Description

This modification will consist in upgrading the facility temporary generator power connection from single phase to 3 phase. This modification will accomplish installing approximately 100 feet of #2, 2AWG, type THWN-THHN wire from the service disconnect to the double throw panel and back to the service panel and will connect to the newly installed 3 phase panel (left of the disconnect). The new wire will be fed through existing conduit to the required areas. A 5/8"x8' grounding rod will be installed and bonded to the manual transfer switch. Once this work is accomplished the "B" phase power leg along with the existing "A" & "C" phase will be connected to the temporary generator power connection which will allow the 3 phase back up generator for this facility to connect and supply temporary power to this facility.
