RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER THE Arkansas MATOC CONSTRUCTION IDIQ CONTRACT, W912JF09-D-0003. Project Title CONSTRUCT GATE HOUSE AND INSPECTION STATION, Project Number - HKRZ109003. The 188th Fighter Wing (FW), Fort Smith, AR intends to award a single, firm fixed-price task order for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform and completely construct a Gate House and Inspection Station at the 188th FW, Fort Smith, AR. The Gate House and Inspection Station work includes, but is not limited to; construct/install a base entrance gatehouse and supporting structures, security measures and utility systems. Construct a canopy structure to protect security personnel during inclement weather. This gate will be used for delivery of all trucks and other large vehicles. Magnitude of the project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Construction/contract completion time is anticipated to take approximately 120 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. The small business size standard is $33.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years.
