RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER THE Arkansas MATOC CONSTRUCTION IDIQ CONTRACT, W912JF09-D-0003. Project Title CONSTRUCT GATE HOUSE AND INSPECTION STATION, Project Number - HKRZ109003. The 188th Fighter Wing (FW), Fort Smith, AR intends to award a single, firm fixed-price task order for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform and completely construct a Gate House and Inspection Station at the 188th FW, Fort Smith, AR. The Gate House and Inspection Station work includes, but is not limited to; construct/install a base entrance gatehouse and supporting structures, security measures and utility systems. Construct a canopy structure to protect security personnel during inclement weather. This gate will be used for delivery of all trucks and other large vehicles. Magnitude of the project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Construction/contract completion time is anticipated to take approximately 120 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list.
