The platform must enable students to create profiles detailing their academic backgrounds and preferences, which will then be verified and used to generate candidate lists for review by the organization. The platform will allow ESF to engage with students, review profiles, make admission and financial aid offers, and obtain contact information from students who choose to share their data. Vendors must comply with NYS lobbying laws, submit current workers’ compensation and disability forms, and complete necessary legal documentation. The procurement emphasizes that only designated contacts at ESF should be approached regarding the bid, with violations potentially leading to contract denial or debarment. The contract is open to vendors with prior experience providing similar services, including companies like Common Application, Encoura, Othot, EAB, and Phithetakappa, and is not set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. The project’s location is at 1 Forestry Drive in Syracuse, NY, and the solicitation is managed by Bryan Smith, Contracts Administrator, with further details available through the provided online link.
