AI Contract Overview
The contract pertains to the procurement of a single Rectifier Assembly, identified by NSN 6130015457093 and part number 3000078-001, with a unit price of $1.000 and a total contract value of $1.000, under solicitation SPE7L7-26-T-4379. Delivery is required within ten days of the order to Chamberlain, South Dakota, FOB Origin, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination. The item must be packaged in compliance with ASTM D3951, but all DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements supersede this standard; packaging must be labeled and marked per MIL-STD-129, with palletization adhering to RP001. Sampling for quality assurance follows MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331, with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise specified, and all attribute classifications are assigned specific verification levels or AQLs. The assembly must not contain intentional mercury or mercury-containing compounds, except for functional uses in batteries, fluorescent lights, instruments, sensors, controls, weapon systems, or chemical reagents as specified by NAVSEA, with portable mercury-containing devices requiring shockproof construction and a secondary containment barrier as per NAVSEA 5100-003D. The contractor must comply with DFARS and FAR clauses governing cybersecurity, safeguarding covered defense information, cyber incident reporting, prohibitions on acquiring telecommunications equipment from restricted foreign entities, and hazardous material labeling per OSHA or alternative federal acts. The contract includes mandatory representations regarding small business status, unique entity identifier, CAGE code, and compliance with employment eligibility verification, combating human trafficking, and whistleblower protections. All deliveries must be shipped using traceable means, excluding parcel post, and invoicing must occur via WAWF. The contracting officer is James Evans, and technical and quality requirements are controlled by the DLA Master List revision effective on the solicitation issue date. No options, line-item quantities beyond one unit, or extended delivery periods are specified, indicating a simplified acquisition under a fixed-price contractual structure.
