Consists of the following additions to the MUSD Recycled Water System Project, as approved in the previously adopted Initial Study/("MND"): less than one mile of recycled water mains within existing public rights-of-way; installation of small new irrigation services and spray/drip systems; and repairs to existing Mendocino Unified School District irrigation systems. The Expansion is of the same character, serves the same purpose, and is located within the same service area as the project evaluated in the MND.
