This project will be a Fixed-Price Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the services specified. Contract performance time will be identified on individual task orders. The Government intends to award up to three Contracts resulting from this solicitation for the line transect surveys. Estimated date offers will be due: April 11, 2012. Work includes: The Contractor shall provide all services necessary for the collection of field data on Red Tree Voles (RTV) to include line transect surveys. All work shall be performed in accordance with specifications and "SURVEY PROTOCOL FOR THE RED TREE VOLE (Arborimus longicaudus)" Version 2.0 and Version 2.1 revised October 2002. (C.3.1.b).
