Scope: The work to be done under this Contract includes the furnishing of project management, labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the construction of the Redlands Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades Project - Phase 2, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. The WORK shall be complete, and all materials and services not expressly indicated or called for in the Contract Documents which are necessary for the complete and proper construction of the WORK in good faith shall be provided by the CONTRACTOR as though originally so indicated.
