The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum is seeking a provider to install a fully redundant 100Mbps fiber internet link at its Ross Administrative Center in Washington, DC. The required solution must feature a dedicated fiber path from the facility to the provider's nearest backbone point, with the capacity to scale up to 1 Gbps bandwidth. To ensure true redundancy, the network topology must be physically separate from the current provider, Allied Telecom, and must not depend on Verizon service links. Technical requirements include BGP route sharing using the museum's dedicated AS number and a comprehensive Service Level Agreement. This SLA must clearly define service guarantees, uptime requirements, outage compensations, and the support infrastructure necessary to maintain 24/7 access. Interested offerors must adhere to the specified terms and conditions and the evaluation process outlined in solicitation 9531-12-R-0750.
