Redwood Drive Sewer Replacement

The Ironhouse Sanitary District is soliciting bids for the Redwood Drive Sewer Replacement project (CS26-09) in Oakley, California. The scope of work involves the removal and replacement of a 6-inch PVC gravity sewer and the reconnection of all existing sewer laterals between structures OT328 and OT329. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment, including temporary bypass pumping with a design flow of 330 gpm, traffic control, excavation support, and site restoration.
