Public Safety Center - Market Sounding Survey

The City of Hayward has issued Request for Information 27-007 to conduct a market sounding survey for the development of a new Public Safety Center. Submissions should include a cover letter, team qualifications, relevant project experience, and resumes of key personnel. Respondents must adhere to strict compliance standards, including registration with the DIR for prevailing wage requirements, certification of nondiscriminatory affirmative action practices, and affirmation of non-involvement in nuclear weapons development.
