AI Contract Overview
The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is soliciting proposals for the production and supply of reflective signs and license plate materials through solicitation MH26-2, with responses due by August 6, 2026. This contract, if awarded, will have a term of five years, and vendors are required to guarantee their pricing for the first year of performance. The procurement process utilizes a two-stage evaluation: vendors must first satisfy all mandatory minimum requirements to advance to the technical evaluation, where they must score at least 455 out of 700 points to qualify for the cost evaluation. Final award decisions are based on a combined score of technical and cost components, with only vendors achieving a minimum total of 650 out of 1000 points eligible for contract award. Multiple awards are possible, determined by vendor performance across both evaluation criteria. An administrative fee of 0.50% will be applied to contract value, and all work is to be performed in Utah. Susan Booth of the Division of Purchasing serves as the primary point of contact, with further details available via the provided online portal.
