As per the terms and conditions of the Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI), you are invited to submit a bid for the following project:
DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project IE080419_80855 – Refuelling Tender Garage, 14 Wing Greenwood, NS
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the civil work, excavation, complete building structure, finishes, site work, and a steam distribution system which will connect to 14 Wing Greenwood’s existing system, 14 Wing Greenwood, NS

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $ 27,639,500.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 810 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 90 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in
Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) at the level of Reliability, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
